James P. Vawter, Chief Executive Officer
Jim Vawter has over 20 years experience as a specialist with risk management, property and casualty insurance, and employee benefits for small, mid-sized, and large businesses. Leading CCI Financial & Insurance Services, a California based brokerage with offices in Northern and Southern California, Mr. Vawter has been instrumental to the successful management and growth of CCI through the development of organizational infrastructure, technology development, and program development.

In 2008 Mr. Vawter became the CEO of CCI Financial and Insurance Services. Through CCI and its SingleSource solutions, he is delivering on the vision of a customer-centric delivery of fully integrated financial and insurance services.

Mr. Vawter has a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
