Michael T. Leonard

Mike is joining CCI bringing 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
 
Upon joining CCI Mike is re-uniting with Barney Mizel CEO of CCI. Previously Mike was the initial CFO of USI Insurance Services, a firm started by Mr. Mizel in 1994. During their time together at USI, the firm grew from a startup operation to become of the Top 10 insurance brokerage firms in the United States as ranked by Business Insurance. Mike left USI in 2000 and subsequently joined Jenkins / Athens, a large regional insurance brokerage firm headquartered in Concord, CA.
 
Prior to joining CCI, Mike was most recently CFO of Portal Insurance Group, a specialty employee benefits operations focused on servicing the Employee Benefits needs of California based non-profits. Mike is excited about joining CCI and working to continue the growth and development of the Company.
 
Mike is a graduate from University of Scranton, 1976 with a B.S. in accounting. He lives in Alamo with his wife Christa and their 2 kids, Dillon and Paige who are about to enter their college years.
