James P. Vawter

Jim has over 25 years experience as a specialist in risk management, property and casualty insurance, and employee benefits for businesses of all sizes. Leading CCI Financial & Insurance Services, a California based brokerage with offices in Northern and Southern California, Mr. Vawter has been instrumental in the successful management and growth of CCI through the development of organizational infrastructure, technology development, and program development.
 
Since joining CCI in 1985 Jim has worked in all facets of the company and since assuming his current leadership position in 2008 is delivering on CCI’s vision of customer-centric delivery of fully integrated financial and insurance services. CCI’s ultimate success is measured by the practical implementation of well designed strategies and the hands-on decision made daily to uphold this vision. Jim strives daily to position CCI to be its customers trusted advisor, to foster long lasting relationships with its clients and business partners, to enhance client services through the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions, to provide its employees a positive work environment built on integrity and mutual respect, to actively support the community in which it operates, and to ultimately achieve these tenets efficiently and profitability.
 
Mr. Vawter has a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California, Davis. He is married to his high school sweetheart, has 3 wonderful children, and enjoys hiking, skiing, barbequing, and working with young children and adults through youth sports and fellowship.
